18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Fanzzo is not a producer of any content that requires compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All content appearing on Fanzzo is strictly non-sexually explicit and does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256.

Fanzzo's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit:

• Nudity of any kind
• Sexually explicit content
• Adult or pornographic material
• Any content depicting actual or simulated sexual conduct

Any content found to violate these policies is removed immediately, and the uploading account is terminated.

As such, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to Fanzzo or the content hosted on our platform.

Age Verification

Fanzzo requires all users to be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We implement the following measures:

• Age confirmation during account registration
• Terms of Service agreement requiring users to confirm they are 18+
• Identity verification for all influencer accounts before they can receive payments
• Active monitoring and removal of underage users

Record Keeping

While 18 U.S.C. § 2257 does not apply to our platform, Fanzzo maintains records as part of our standard business practices and legal compliance:

• Identity verification documents for influencers
• Transaction and payment records
• Communication records as required by law

Content Records

• Content upload timestamps and metadata
• Content moderation actions and decisions
• DMCA takedown requests and responses
• Reported content and investigation outcomes

Retention Period

Records are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy. Generally:

• Active account records: Duration of account plus 3 years
• Financial records: 7 years as required by tax law
• Legal/compliance records: As required by applicable law

Content Moderation

Fanzzo employs robust content moderation to ensure platform compliance:

• Automated Scanning: AI-powered systems screen uploads for prohibited content
• Human Review: Trained moderators review flagged content
• User Reporting: Community reporting tools for policy violations

Legal Cooperation

Fanzzo cooperates with law enforcement agencies when legally required:

• We report illegal content (including CSAM) to NCMEC and appropriate authorities
